Well, at the top of the league things are starting to get serious – leaders New Weddington Warriors will have hoped to cement their top spot with a decent 84 points but Lundenwic Lions are relentlessly chasing them down scoring a mighty 96 to pull within 11 points.
Shedingeh are still in the running for silverware, staying third despite an average 67 points, whilst fourth place is held on to by a decent 74 points by Lehmark FC, another team eyeing silverware…
Novascurra Jesters retain fifth spot but with a ropey 32 points they need to buck there ideas up tactically. On 65 points and STILL in sixth despite having no tactics at all except not touching there team since game 1, the Isle of Lithua continue to defy logic to maintain their spot.
Still clutching that wooden spoon and paying the price by dropping from 7th to 8th are the United Mathesian Kingdom, overtaken by a resurgent Espoona who move up a place.
Little of note in the bottom four though congrats to H.E.R. Saints whose 74 points move them to just 1 points behind UMK. Elsewhere it’s business as usual for Pikeland Holy Crusader, The Principality of Sealand and Maslatonia, who all stay put with below par points tallies.
Well, thats your lot for now – you now get a well-earned break until Boxing Day, so look forward to a week of roasting your chestnuts over an open fire, getting pissed on egg nog, reigniting family feuds and settling down for a viewing of the classic Christmas movie, ‘Die Hard.’
Stay safe, enjoy yourselves and try not to get Omicron – see you post-Christmas for more MicroNational shenanigans 😉 !
