On the 22nd May the MicroLeague Cup came to an end in dramatic fashion. On the final day of the season Lundenwic Lions sat in second place only a few points above New Weddington Warriors in third place.
We managed to hold on by scoring a final week tally of 55 points compared to New Weddington’s 35 point haul. Lundenwic Lions also finished the season as the highest goal scorers with 82 goals scored in the competition.
The medal has arrived in the capital and will be proudly added to the Imperial Archives.
