I just received this LEGAL THREAT from the Official AFL via email. To say I was shocked is an understatement!! Seems to be a big over-reaction to me. Can I ask you to have a quick read through and let me know what you think (especially any one with legal knowledge)? I'd appreciate your perspective.
If it comes to it I'll have no choice but to change the MicroAFL logo as demanded, as the New Weddington Isles does not have the resources to fight the threatened legal action from a body as big as AFL....
